How do I register?

Click Login at the top right corner, then when it pops up click on Register.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a password reset link to your inbox. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don’t get an email, send a mail to support@londonptc.com or use the live chat box.

How can I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, log in to your account, go to the course catalog, and browse available courses. Once you find a course you want to enroll in, click on the course title and then click the “Enroll” button. If the course requires payment, you’ll be prompted to complete the payment process.

Can I access the course materials after completion?

Yes, once you have completed a course, you will still have access to the materials for future reference, unless the course is time-sensitive or has restrictions on access. You can revisit lessons, assignments, and any downloadable resources anytime.

How do I track my course progress?

Your course progress is automatically tracked by the LMS. You can view your progress on your dashboard, where you’ll see a percentage completion for each enrolled course. Additionally, each lesson’s progress is marked as “In Progress” or “Completed.”

How do I submit an assignment?

To submit an assignment, go to the course module where the assignment is listed. Follow the instructions provided by the instructor, then upload your file by clicking on the “Submit Assignment” button. Make sure to submit before the deadline to avoid penalties.

What do I do if I encounter a technical issue while using the LMS?

If you experience any technical issues, such as trouble accessing courses, issues with videos, or login problems, please check the Knowledge base. If the issue persists, contact our support team by emailing [support@londonptc.com] or using the live chat feature for assistance.
